Method of Payment

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Registrations without payment will not be accepted. Payment can be made as follows:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard accepted)
  • Company/personal cheque for delegates within Australia. Cheques must be made payable to: ‘Victorian Transport Association’
  • Bank draft in Australian dollars (for overseas delegates)
  • Electronic funds transfer to account (Australian registrations only)
    • BSB: 083-155
    • Account number: 5443 60493

Transfers should note money is for HVTT11 and provide registrants last name

Confirmation of registration

All registrations will be confirmed by email, upon receipt of payment. This confirmation will also include a tax invoice/receipt. Registrations without payment will not be accepted and the registrant will be notified that payment must be made before it can be accepted.

Symposium badges and papers

Symposium badges will be issued at the registration desk at the venue and will not be posted or sent to delegates in advance. A printed synopsis of papers will be provided to delegates at the conference and a full electronic set of papers will be made available as soon as possible after the conclusion of the conference.

Cancellations/Substitutes/Refunds

Cancellations received from registrants by 1st March 2010 will receive a full refund less an administration charge of $110. After this date, no refunds will be issued. Eligible refunds will be issued after conclusion of the event. Substitute delegates are welcome with advice of changed details by fax or email. All registrations are transferable and can be issued in a company name.

Privacy Policy

In registering to attend, your business and personal details will be incorporated into a delegate list. Please indicate on the registration form if you do not want your name to be included in this list.

Liability

In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the organisers accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

Airfares, accommodation & post conference tours

All delegates must make their own arrangements for airfares.

Accommodation recommendations and post conference tours are referred to on page 6 of this symposium brochure.
